Okehampton Town Council - Volunteers
Looking to meet new people, stay active, and enjoy the fresh air?
Our volunteer group is restarting this April, and we'd love for you to join us! Whether you're passionate about nature, want to stay active, or simply enjoy spending time outdoors, this is a great opportunity to get involved.
The first session will take place on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, and sessions will continue weekly thereafter. We’ll be meeting at the pedestrian entrance gates, where you’ll be welcomed by our friendly group.
No prior experience is needed—just bring comfortable clothing, sturdy footwear, and a willingness to get stuck in! Tasks may vary from light maintenance and conservation work to helping look after Simmons Park for everyone to enjoy.
