Aerial Remote Controlled Vehicles

Okehampton Town Council permits the flying of recreational remote-controlled vehicles on land that it owns or is responsible for providing:

• the pilot is registered with the Civil Aviation Authority
• all stipulated regulatory requirements are complied with
• relevant insurances are in held

The pilot must be able to produce evidence of the above if requested by a member of Council staff.
